Michael is the founder and president of the Ascent Coaching Group. Working for the past 7 years as a Co-Active Coach, he is fully trained and certified through the Coaches Training Institute, and is a member of the International Coach Federation. With over 20 years of experience working with men in Christian ministry and leaders, Michael brings a unique understanding of the special challenges and dreams of those called to leadership in the Body of Christ. His personal passion is to inspire men toward a lifestyle of ongoing transformational intimacy with Christ, so that they might fulfill—both in ministry and in life—all that God dreams for them.

With over 20 years of experience as a Pastor and Spiritual Director, Tim has gained a deep understanding of the challenges men face to live authentically from their hearts and to pursue the work they are most passionate about. His primary desire is to help individuals get clear about the life they must live by helping them to intentionally co-create—with God—a story that is both purposeful and compelling.
