A dynamic and engaging speaker, Michael offers inspirational training and group coaching for any team, business or organization interested in discovering what coaching can do for them and their organization. In addition to his coaching certification through the International Coach Federation and The Coaches Training Institute, Michael is trained in the skills and techniques of Relationship Systems Coaching (i.e. Team & Organizational Coaching) from the Center for Right Relationship. He works with leaders and their teams to unleash the transformational impact of the team as a whole, enabling staff members and leaders to partner more effectively in the good work they want to accomplish in their community and the world.
