LEADERSHIP CIRCLE PROGRAM
The Leadership Circle Program is a 4-month one-on-one coaching intensive for leaders that utilizes the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), a true
breakthrough among 360 assessment tools, and combines it with 6 strategic coaching sessions specifically targeting the profile results to produce authentic change and growth in your development as a leader.
The LCP is the only leadership assessment tool that measures the two primary leadership domains—Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies—and integrates the information so that you can instantly see the relationship between your skillset mix and the underlying, hidden assumptions that drive your behavior. As a result, the LCP not only measures what’s working in your leadership and what’s not, but also reveals the ways you are holding yourself back, and the practical steps to lead better now.

The R3 Retreat is a 2- to 3-day bespoke 1-on-1 mentor-coaching intensive held in the location of your choice. That's right! I'll meet you in a mountain cabin, on a Caribbean island, or on your back patio — wherever you'll do your best work. I'll take you through my Identity Work process 1-on-1 to lay the foundation. From there, we'll tailor our time to align with your specific needs, desires, and goals. Through this process, you'll uncover key insights about your unique identity, your core motivating values, and the overarching mission you are most passionate to fulfill in the world, and create a powerful framework for designing the best path forward for your life and career.
