The Leadership Circle Program is a 4-month one-on-one coaching intensive for leaders that utilizes the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), a true
breakthrough among 360 assessment tools, and combines it with 6 strategic coaching sessions specifically targeting the profile results to produce authentic change and growth in your development as a leader.
The LCP is the only leadership assessment tool that measures the two primary leadership domains—Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies—and integrates the information so that you can instantly see the relationship between how you lead and the underlying, hidden assumptions that drive your behavior. As a result, the LCP not only measures what’s working in your leadership and what’s not, but also tells you why your weak points keep showing up the way they do, and how you can change them for good.
ENNEAGRAM DEEP DIVE
The Enneagram Deep Dive is a one-on-one coaching program that utilizes the Integrative9 Enneagram Assessment, a truly comprehensive report that gives you a clear
understanding of the subconscious motivations, beliefs, defenses and behavior patterns that lead you to get stuck or frustrated. With special emphasis on your role as an influencer or leader, the report highlights powerful insights about both your brilliance and your shadow, and provides a practical path for growth that you can start right away.

The Leaders in Transition Program is a 6-session strategic coaching process to help you clarify the best next step for your life and career. In this coaching process, we'll explore four foundational questions about your life and work—Who are you now? What do you want? Why are you here? Where are you going?—and design a path forward that’s built around the answers. Through this process, you'll uncover key insights about your unique identity, your core motivating values, and the overarching mission you are most passionate to fulfill in the world, and create a powerful matrix for designing the best path forward for your life and career.
